Orders are taken in writing by email or via OnlineStore.

What next?
After a sales representative has contacted you and you are satisfied with a proposal you will receive the Payment Account Detail so you can use "pay anyone" through your Internet Banking Facility or visit one of our ANZ Bank Branches to deposit directly.

In either case, our bank transfer detail is listed to implement prepayment of your order.
Benefit? this action will give you a receipt from your Bank and you will know exactly how much you have spent!

Why don't we accept credit cards over the internet or phone?
Possible exposure to fraudulent transactions with no cost effective protection available to us. ( This keeps our prices down ).

How long does it take to get my order?
Small items to major centres can be overnight and larger items to remote locations can be a few days. ( after we receive payment )
All orders will be actioned within 24 hours. Please allow a few days for delivery.
